What is the MVP Onboarding service, how long does it take, and how do I make the payment?
Our MVP Onboarding is a great way to get your club up and going quickly. The MVP Onboarding is a one-time fee of $1,500 and includes the following:
Club set up
- Settings
- Admin creation
- People import
- Initial member registration and set-up process
- Custom field creation
- Tag set-up
- Membership uploading
Chat
- Chat group set-up
- Template creation for general emails
File Manager
- File structure set-up
- Migrate files from other systems
Calendar
- Add Events for the upcoming season
Volunteer
- Add Volunteer Opportunities for the next season
Accounting
- Establish chart of accounts
- Input initial balances
Webmaster
- Create website
- Create custom graphics for website
- Set up Online Store
- Add news from the previous season
- Add roster pages for all teams/programs, coaches/directors, and booster club
Store
- Set up Tag system to accommodate accounting and reporting
- Add products for Online Store, including sponsorships and membership packages
- Add products for Cashier Store (concession stand).
The process takes 7-10 working days and we will need some information from your team to get started. We only offer a limited number of MVP slots, so please let us know if interested! We will send you a link to make the MVP payment after you have completed your subscription payment.
