What is the MVP Onboarding service, how long does it take, and how do I make the payment?

Our MVP Onboarding is a great way to get your club up and going quickly. The MVP Onboarding is a one-time fee of $1,500 and includes the following:

Club set up

  • Settings
  • Admin creation
  • People import
  • Initial member registration and set-up process
  • Custom field creation
  • Tag set-up
  • Membership uploading

Chat

  • Chat group set-up

Email

  • Template creation for general emails

File Manager

  • File structure set-up
  • Migrate files from other systems

Calendar

  • Add Events for the upcoming season

Volunteer

  • Add Volunteer Opportunities for the next season

Accounting

  • Establish chart of accounts
  • Input initial balances

Webmaster

  • Create website
  • Create custom graphics for website
  • Set up Online Store
  • Add news from the previous season
  • Add roster pages for all teams/programs, coaches/directors, and booster club

Store

  • Set up Tag system to accommodate accounting and reporting
  • Add products for Online Store, including sponsorships and membership packages
  • Add products for Cashier Store (concession stand).

The process takes 7-10 working days and we will need some information from your team to get started. We only offer a limited number of MVP slots, so please let us know if interested! We will send you a link to make the MVP payment after you have completed your subscription payment.
