The DejaVoo P5 credit card swipe device is the fastest, most capable payment terminal BoosterHub offers.

Fully charge the device before use with the charging cord it comes with.

Turn it on by holding the power button for 5 seconds (located on the right side of the device, about halfway down). it will go through a series of startup screens. When you start the device the first time, it will look for an internet connection. To configure the internet:

• Press the Configure button.
• Select Wifi.
• Select the network you want to use.
• Type in the network password and click Connect.  

On the home screen of the P5, when you see “Listening for transaction,” it is ready to accept transactions. When you are ready to accept credit cards, go to your BoosterHub device and select Store > Cashier > Select Cashbox > Select Terminal ID. The Terminal ID is located on the back of the P5 device.  

To ring up an item, select it on your tablet or phone Cashier screen. Once it populates the amount you will click Pay Credit, and it will push the transaction out to the P5. At this point you can:

• Swipe at the top of the device,
• Insert the chip at the bottom,
• Tap to pay by touching the card to the back of the device, or
• Accept Apple Pay or Google Pay by holding the buyer's phone near the P5.  

The P5 has some additional features to note. If you press the * button at the bottom of the screen, it will take you to a screen where you can send receipts to a purchaser by email or text.  Also, there is a support button on the P5 with Contact Us support features if you have emergency issues. (The Demo Videos on the P5 do not apply to the BoosterHub software interface.)
