BoosterHub Academy: 6.1 Webmaster—Page Arrangement, Editing, Calendar & News

In Webmaster > Pages, once you publish the Page, the toggle under each Page's thumbnail will move from Off to Live. If you need to remove a Page from the internet, select the toggle back to Off. To re-publish the Page, you will have to go back to the Page, and click the Save and Publish icon at the top right.

The Calender Page is one of the automated pages in Webmaster.  The Calendar comes auto-formatted with the information from your club, and displays any Public events you've added to your Calendar. If the event is Public and has Volunteer Opportunities, you can click on the event and it will show information about the event and the Volunteer Opportunities. The Calendar Page requires no editing, so all you have to do is Save and Publish if you want it to appear on your website. The Calendar also has different views that you can use: month, week, and day.

The News Page is one of the automated pages produced by BoosterHub, and it is specifically designed to manage the news displayed on your Home Page. The Home Page will show approximately the first six news articles, and the rest can be found on the News Page. If you click the arrow icon at the top right to Save and Publish the News Page, you will see a News tab appear at the top navigation bar on the Home Page. You can change the name of the News Page or any other Page by selecting the button to Edit Page Title from the Webmaster > Pages screen. You can change the name of the Page and the navigation to the Page from the main menu or as a sub page to another menu item.

If you want to rearrange your pages, select Webmaster > Rearrange Pages, and then simply drag the Pages into the order in which you would like them to appear. Once it is ordered, click Save.
