This could be a phone settings issue with photos. In the settings on your personal phone, scroll down the list of apps you have and select BoosterHub. Give photos permissions to access it. If you're trying to open the camera or select from the gallery, click open settings which should take you to settings of the app and there should be a gallery and camera permissions. You need to allow those.
