How and When does our Club get Paid?
When you process ACH and credit card transactions through BoosterHub's payment system, you can expect funds to be deposited directly into your designated bank account the next business day. On weekends and holidays it may take one additional day.
To ensure smooth deposits and enable direct fund transfers, your banking details must be correctly configured in your merchant account. If you haven't received an expected first deposit, contact customer support, as this might indicate an issue with your banking information.
If you experience unexpected delays in fund transfers:
- Verify banking information accuracy with our team via Support
- Check for any holiday or weekend processing
- Confirm your merchant account settings
- Review recent transaction details
