People Module

The People module allows you to categorize your membership using tags that you create and customize. Create tags for grouping people according to your needs, such as:

• Graduation year
• Ensemble
• JV vs. Varsity
• Banquet Committee

Once your tags are set up, use them to target your communication to exactly the right groups.

Communication Tools

BoosterHub gives you several ways to reach your members:

File Manager

Use the File Manager to store minutes, records, and photos for easy access by your officers or members. You can set files or folders to admin only to protect confidential information.

The calendar system is integrated with the Volunteer module. When you create an event, you can input your volunteer needs at the same time. Those volunteer opportunities are attached to the event itself in the calendar and also appear in the dedicated Volunteer module.

Hosted Website and Online Store

A hosted website is included in your BoosterHub subscription. Your website features an online store that is integrated with BoosterHub's accounting system.

In your store, you can sell:

• Sponsorships
• Tickets
• Club fees

For bigger ticket items, you can offer automatic payment plans or a pay later invoicing option, which is perfect for attaching fees to student profiles. Your store also includes a cashier point of sale module for easy in-person checkout.

Merch System

The BoosterHub merch system works in conjunction with your online store. Choose from our extensive catalog to create your own branded print-on-demand items. Add a design, then either order items in bulk at our competitive pricing or add them directly to your online store.

Once an item is purchased, it ships from our vendor straight to your purchaser. You set your own profit margin and eliminate the risk of carrying inventory that you may not sell.

Accounting Module

The Accounting module offers budgeting, student account management, and a customizable chart of accounts for tracking your income and expenses. The robust reporting system includes:

• Standard accounting reports
• Operational reports
• Reconciliation
• Tax reporting

All funds that come in through BoosterHub automatically feed into your accounting system, saving your treasurer time and effort.

Check Requests

The Check Request system allows your directors, coaches, or members to submit receipts for reimbursement or invoices for payment.
