Easily keep up with your marching band program or sports team by using the communication tools, calendar, volunteer tool and more! Welcome to the BoosterHub app, the heart of your booster club, and your one-stop shop for communication, messaging, calendar, volunteering, and more. The dashboard is where you will connect with other members, chat, in groups, or individually, access the calendar and volunteer opportunities, your club's file manager, and the online store. Please allow notifications when prompted as you will be receiving alerts, announcements, and important messages from your club, coaches, or directors that you won't want to miss. In the Tools section, you will find your Accounting tab, where you'll be able to see any payments do, check requests you've submitted, and if your club uses the booster credit system, you can see any credits issued to you. Your club admins will have more of these tabs here than members, so don't be surprised if you don't see all of these tabs on your app. The cash tally sheet and cashier system are for running in-person sales, such as concession stands and merch tables. Your club will direct you to use these as needed. The check request system will make your treasurer's life easier by allowing you to submit requests along with receipts and invoices. The fundraising tab is linked to our booster bucks peer-to-peer system. If your club holds a booster bucks rally, participants will be able to access their individual pages here to enter contacts. The QR code scanner is used with the add-on inventory system and with our e-ticketing system allowing volunteers to check in ticket holders at events. If you need help with booster hub, use the help center to access tutorials, FAQs, and our contact form. And your setting tab will allow you to turn on notifications of contact preferences. Remember that keeping these notifications on and allowing texts and emails will ensure your coaches and directors are able to send you up to the minute information, especially during the height of your season.
