BoosterHub Academy: 2.3 People—Add People, import Paid Member, with a List

The process for adding invited, Paid Members is very similar to the process for Free Members.  

  • Go to Dashboard > Add People > Add Members > Paid Members.
  • Choose to upload a List (or begin the process for No List).
  • Click Upload List if you have a .csv file, or Enter Members Manually if you have a list of names but not in file format. 

You will then need to create a Membership in the Store. This is the Product the Member will buy to become a part of your club's Membership.

  • Click Store in the navigation bar.
  • Click Add Items
  • Click Add a Membership
  • You will then provide a name and description for the Membership, and add any additional products that come with the Membership, such as t-shirts or yard signs.  Products must first be added to the Store, then they may be selected in the Membership process.
  • Select the account the Membership dues will go into, and set the price of the Membership.
  • Leave the Online Store option OFF if you want Memberships to only be purchased by people receiving the email link, or turn the Online Store option ON if you want people to be able to purchase it when visiting your website.
  • You can also choose to add a Payment Plan if you wish, and Members will be automatically charged for the monthly payment amount for the number of months you choose.

Once the Membership is created in the Store, go back through the first checklist of adding Members, so that incoming Members will have the Membership Product available for purchase as they join your club.
