There are multiple ways to add people to the database. The most common method is through the Add People button at the top of the Dashboard.  

To add Free Members, who are people you do NOT require to pay to join the BoosterHub platform (although you may require them to pay to join your booster club itself):

• Click Add People > Add Members > Free Members. 
• Select List and either Upload List or Enter Members Manually.  (If uploading a list, use a .csv file.)
• You will then be asked to Map Fields.  When mapping fields, it is helpful to ensure that your spreadsheet has first and last names split into separate columns, as BoosterHub uses separate fields for first and last name.
• Click Next to go to the Add Tags screen. The Tag you choose will apply to all of the people you are importing.
• Click Next to go to the Send Invitations screen. The Send Invitations will send an email from your club, inviting new members to join the club on BoosterHub.
• When you decide to click Send Invites, members will receive the email from your club and also an email from BoosterHub with the link to join.  

The new users have now been added to your database. You can track the progress of the invitees accepting invitations through People > Pending Invitations and are able to re-send invites to those who have either not received the email, or the email ended up in their spam folders.
