BoosterHub Academy: 9.2 Inventory (+Bands)—Reporting & Returns

There are several ways to run reports and filter and sort data in +Bands. After going to Inventory and then either Instruments, Music, or Uniforms in the middle menu, you can use Search Default Fields at the top right of the screen.  

To assign an item, click the blue Assign button and select Identifier number and the student.

To search something other than a default field, go to Inventory > Custom Fields and use the search bar there. Once you have what you are looking for on the screen, you can download the data by clicking Select All at the top and then Download at the top right.  This will export all the data in the record into an Excel spreadsheet, so you can use it as you need.  

If you are looking to do bulk actions, select the Bulk Actions button in Instruments, Music, or Uniforms. You will have options to Assign Clubs/Schools, Return Items, and Archive or Unarchive Items. You can archive but cannot delete items in +Bands, so that you will not lose the historical information for each item. 

To return an item, it will work similarly to Assign. Click Return and enter the identifier number.  Click Return again and the item will be noted as returned from the student. It will be saved in the historical data for that item.
