How to avoid common errors when filling out the merchant account application:

• Do not using extra spaces and special characters.
• Use a physical address, not a PO Box. You can use the school's physical address if you need to.
• If your booster club's name exceeds 35 characters, leave off the remaining characters of the name.
• Make sure you are using the 9-digit account number and not the 11-digit routing number.
