If your organization is tax exempt and was charged sales tax on your subscription, you can get that amount refunded. Here's how:

• Upload your sales tax exemption certificate. Go to Settings → Accounting Settings and upload your certificate in the Sales Tax Exemption box.
• Set your tax exempt status. In the same area, set your sales tax exempt setting to "Yes."
• Submit a ticket. Once the above is complete, reach out through Contact Us and our team will forward your request to our finance team.

You'll receive your refund within 3–5 business days.
