If you would like people to volunteer to bring items, you can make the quantity in each slot the number of those items needed. For example, you want someone to bring 4 dozen hamburger buns.

• Click on the event in Calendar.
• Select Edit event.
• Scroll down to the Volunteer Opportunity section.
• Make the item Description the name of the item (for example, “one dozen hamburger buns”).
• Make the Quantity the number of items needed, instead of the number of people needed (for example, 4).
