Our accountant is asking for the Profit & Loss Statement and the Statement of Financial Position. Where are these?

Under Accounting > Reports and the dropdown menu, you can use the Income Statement, the Treasurer's Report, and the Balance Sheet for these purposes.

We created a Product in the Cashier Store but set the account to Merchandise instead of the correct Concessions - Income. I corrected the Product settings, but how to correct the accounting for items already sold, still in the wrong account?
