+Bands is an add-on to your BoosterHub platform which is designed to track inventory for instruments, music, and uniforms. It can also be used to track other types of equipment for other clubs as well. To add BoosterHub+Bands to your account, go to Settings > BoosterHub Settings, and select Add +Bands to complete your purchase. Once it's added, you'll have a new module on your navigation bar called Inventory.  

Click Inventory and it will take you to a dashboard where you will see Instruments, Music, and Uniforms. You will likely be bringing your data over from other systems you have used in the past, so first prepare the database to receive that information. Go into Instruments and click Add Item. You will see the fields that are default in Instruments. It's important to note that the Identifier can be a serial number or bar code, but the identifier must be different for each instrument. You can edit and adjust almost every other field to meet your requirements, including adding any instrument types or brands that are not currently included in the default list. To edit the fields, go to Inventory and then Custom Fields. This is where you can change their placement on the screen and add new fields or edit field layouts and content. Each time you add a field, you will select whether it will be in Instrument, Music, or Uniform. There is also a comment section at the bottom, which will automatically date and time your comments, so that you can make any necessary notes about the items.
