BoosterHub Academy: 10.0 Merchandise—Overview
Welcome to BoosterHub Merch!
Our new Merchandise feature is a print-on-demand service allowing your booster club to sell custom spirit wear and merchandise without needing to maintain inventory! You can either place bulk orders for the club or sell items directly to customers through your online Store.

Initial Setup:
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Enter payment information (must match your USIO account details)
Design Process:
- Start by creating your first product
- Select product type, design style, and available colors
- Enter the design maker interface
- Customize your design:
- Crop images
- Create patterns
- Add background colors
- Place designs on front/back
- Real-time cost updates appear in bottom left corner
- Save your completed design
Product Distribution (2 options):
- Bulk Ordering
- Order directly for your booster club
- Order any quantity (1 to 500+)
- Payment required at time of order
- No setup fees
- List in your online Store
- Product name and description transfer automatically (can be edited)
- Set selling prices:
- Use size selector section for sized items
- Use default options for non-sized items
- Profit is the difference between selling price and cost
- Product goes live immediately in your online Store
Order Fulfillment:
- Customer order forms are sent directly to BoosterHub
- Items ship directly to the customer
- Weekly billing every Wednesday for all print-on-demand orders from previous week
