We recommend using the communication tools (Email, Chat, Announcements) advising it is time to pay. You can also use the Pay Later feature to send invoices out to your members.
In the web version of BoosterHub, navigate to Dashboard > Announcements > All Announcements.
The total number of SMS texts are calculated per recipient. For example, if you have 100 members and you send two different announcements to all your members, you will be charged for 200 SMS.
The Activity Feed automatically shows Announcements first, then Calendar events. On the website version of BoosterHub, you can also find older Emails that have been sent.
You can delete those Activity Feed entries that are Announcements. Other automated entries cannot be deleted.
The Activity Feed is not customizable as far as order or colors.
To verify your text message notifications on the App, navigate to Settings and toggle the notifications as desired. You can turn text notifications ON or OFF by moving the Allow SMS toggle. If you are receiving duplicate text messages, it is likely that your phone number has been entered under multiple accounts.
