  • A person with a Pending Tag has not activated their BoosterHub account or downloaded the app yet, so they will not receive Announcements or Chats. However, they will receive Emails and SMS.

  • For this purpose, you would want to use the Announcement feature instead of Chat, so that there are no replies. The benefit of using Announcements is that it is a one-way push of information. Go to Dashboard > Announcements > New Announcements to create and send your message.

  • The total number of SMS texts are calculated per recipient. For example, if you have 100 members and you send two different announcements to all your members, you will be charged for 200 SMS.

  • If the Chat group was created using Tags, then you can assign that Tag to the individual, and it will automatically add them to the group. However, if the group was created by adding members manually, then you can not add a new member to it.
