The BoosterHub websites are designed to be able to be built and published by the volunteers of any booster club, with no extra website skills needed. We have training videos in the Help Center to help your club build their website and the other modules of the platform. About 90% of our clubs build their own websites. However, due to time and availability constraints, about 10% of our clubs request that the BoosterHub team build out the club's system for them. We do offer this service, called our MVP Onboarding.

Your club's Master Admin must assign the various permission levels for each module in Settings > Admin Settings, or they can make you an additional Master Admin, giving you full access to everything.

Here are some key items to update.
You have selected the Tags improperly. There are not any individuals who have all of the Tags: Parent, Student, and Director. You need to select the Parent Tag, and then click the + Add More Groups. Below that box, you will be able to then select the Student Tag. Then + Add More Groups again and select the Director Tag. Keep an eye up top on the People Selected = x tally as you grow or narrow your groups. You can see how many people are in the group you have formed. If the number is very different than what you expect, it is because you are narrowing the group (by putting multiple Tags in the same box) or expanding the group (by putting one Tag per box on top of each other) when you actually meant to do the other.

To update your club's logo, go to Settings > Club Settings and click the pencil icon labeled Edit Image.
You will need to contact your booster club administrator.
The Contact Us form on your website will send to the Club Email address that can be edited in Settings > Club Settings.
For any of the Accounting Reports you can click the Download Report icon at upper right of the screen.
For any grouping of People by Tag, you can Select All and Export to Excel.
We recommend downloading your financial reports out of Charms and uploading them into File Manager in BoosterHub. You can store them there and have them to refer to if needed. Beginning in the Chart of Accounts, create accounts based on the ones you have in Charms, then also create a Budget. You can also take the ending balance in Charms and make it your starting balance in BoosterHub by going to Accounting > New Transaction, and under the Transaction Type, select Starting Balance.
Note that Charms is not a double-entry Accounting system, so the data must be manipulated prior to loading any information into BoosterHub.

Yes, the verification email comes from our third-party hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS). We wish it was not so generic-looking! Once you click it, you can then go back to BoosterHub and click the Activate button. You will then be good to go.
