Fundraising (BoosterBucks)

  • Yes! BoosterBucks is our integrated fundraising platform. You create a Rally and then each student or player receives their own fundraising page. BoosterBucks goes to work rallying donors for donations. Our platform fee is 5% and donors pay the transaction fees. The funds are available on the next business day.

  • BoosterBucks is a peer-to-peer fundraising tool integrated with BoosterHub. It will enable your Members to rally their friends and family for donations. You can create an online fundraiser, and it will send Email and SMS notifications. BoosterHub's platform fee for running the fundraiser is 5%. The transaction fees are paid by the donors. Your club keeps 95% of what you raise, and funds are available the next business day after being donated!

  • If the donation is a Product in the Store, you can navigate to Store > Transactions and select the specific transaction. Then you can select either Download PDF or Send Transaction Receipt using the icons at upper right.

If the donation is for a BoosterBucks fundraiser, navigate to Fundraising > Donations.

  • Fundraising credits can be entered manually through our Booster Credit system. Go to Settings > Admin Settings, then scroll down to the Store section and select the toggle to Enable Booster Credits, and click Save in the upper right of that section.

Go to Accounting > New Transaction, and under Transaction Type select Booster Credit. Enter the member's name under Add User, the Amount, and Save. The student/parent will be able to apply these credits when they check out.

View the amount on each student's account by going to People, selecting their name, and scrolling to the bottom to select the Booster Credits tab.

  • To be considered gaming, the activity requires the placing of a bet, on a chance of an outcome, for any kind of prize.

A non-gaming fundraiser is the one, such as BoosterBucks, which is a peer-to-peer, online fundraiser where participants ask for donations and rally enthusiasm and interest by trying to reach a goal together.

  • To set up a BoosterSTUB or BoosterBucks merchant account, go to either the Store or Fundraising. Click the red Set Up Merchant Account button and complete the application. If you do not see the red button, then you are already set to use BoosterSTUB and BoosterBucks.

  • Yes, you can use the Store for fundraising. For example, if your club sells a variety of apples for your fundraiser, you can create the item in your Store, using Options and Add-ons to offer the flavors that you sell and collect the information that you need. Here is an example:

Also, the Webmaster has a QR code generator for you in the top right of every webpage, including each item in the Store.

  • You can not duplicate a rally. However, if you open your previous rally in one screen by using the edit function, you can copy the information into a new rally in another screen. We do not recommend editing the dates and using a previous rally.

  • You will add all of your participants manually. Once the participants are added, they will receive an email with a link to set up their own page. Then the participants can send the link of their page to collect donations.

  • Go to Fundraising > Donations, then click on the transaction receipt you wish to edit. Select Hide/Show Shoutout to modify the shoutout visibility. You can also edit the Participant connected to the donation while in the transaction.
