  • Go to the settings of your personal phone. Inside the settings menu, scroll through the list of apps to BoosterHub, and give permissions for BoosterHub to use a photo. If you're trying to open the camera or select from the gallery, click open settings which should take you to settings of the app. There should be a gallery and camera permissions there, which you can set to allow.

  • This could be a phone settings issue with photos. In the settings on your personal phone, scroll down the list of apps you have and select BoosterHub. Give photos permissions to access it. If you're trying to open the camera or select from the gallery, click open settings which should take you to settings of the app and there should be a gallery and camera permissions. You need to allow those.

  • Every Member by default is able to make Check Requests. If the feature does not appear on their app screen, it can be enabled by an Admin via the web version of BoosterHub. Go to Settings > Admin Settings, then scroll down to the Accounting section and toggle OFF the Check Request - Admin View Only. Click the Save button at the top right of the Account section. Then also scroll up to click the Save button at the top right of the entire page. 

    The member will then be able to navigate on their app to Tools > Check Request to submit a request.

    • Delete the BoosterHub app.
    • Redownload and install the BoosterHub app.
  • Yes. In the app, go to Settings. There you can select which notifications to turn OFF.

  • Once you have downloaded the BoosterHub app, received your email invitation from your club, and logged in using the link in that email, your app is active.

  • Ask your Members having problems with the app to delete the app and re-install it.
