Inventory

  • Due to the risk of accidentally deleting important historical records your club may need regarding your inventory, we do not have a Delete button for imports for users. For some Inventory purposes, you can use the Archive button instead. However, if Delete is the function required, please send a Support Ticket through the Help Center to our tech team. We can delete the data on the back end of the system if necessary.

  • The Inventory tool on the app is typically used by Members to see their assigned items. As an Admin you can also use it to assign and return equipment by navigating to Tools > Scanner > Inventory, and then using the QR codes that are located either in the web version or on the physical equipment.

  • Each item must have a unique identifier to be uploaded. This could be a Serial #, Barcode #, or Name. One field in the spreadsheet you are importing must be mapped to the Unique Identifier Field.

  • Yes. Everything in Inventory can be used regardless of the student's Pending Tag.
