Tickets (BoosterSTUB)

• Does the P5 terminal scan Tickets?

  No. The P5 terminal processes credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  BoosterSTUB Tickets are scanned using the BoosterHub app on your phone. If you have Cashier privileges from your Admin, you can access the Scanner by going to Tools > Scanner on your phone.

• Where are scanned Tickets tracked in BoosterHub?

  Scanned Tickets are tracked in Store > Inventory Report. In that list, click on the specific Ticket to see the detail information.

• How do I give a Member access to the Scanner on their app so they can scan BoosterSTUB Tickets?

  You will need to make them an Admin first, then adjust their permissions to allow access to either Full or Cashier Only within the Store, so that they can use the Scanner.

  • Navigate to Settings > Admin Settings.
  • Click on the Add Admin icon toward the upper right.
  • Search for their name and add them.
  • Under Admin Settings again, to the right of their name click the Edit icon.
  • Under the Manage Store section, select either Full or Cashier Only from the dropdown menu.

  Your Member will now have access to the Scanner on their phone. Have them go to Tools and scroll all the way to the bottom to see the Scanner.

• How does BoosterSTUB Ticket feature work? How much does it cost?

  BoosterSTUB creates QR code Tickets that you can sell and scan for entry to your events.

  • Ensure your second merchant account is activated. (If it is not activated yet, you will see a red Merchant Account button when selecting Store from the navigation bar.)
  • Navigate to Store > Add Items > Add a Ticket. There you can create Ticket types, set prices, and enable sales.
  • Click Done and the Ticket will be added to your Online Store. Customers can buy the Tickets in your Online Store. The Tickets can be scanned by your BoosterHub app at entry.

  BoosterSTUB is integrated with BoosterHub and included in your subscription. BoosterSTUB does not cost the booster club any additional fees. Purchasers will pay a $1 ticketing/transaction fee.

• How can I set up BoosterSTUB and BoosterBucks merchant account?

  To set up a BoosterSTUB or BoosterBucks merchant account, go to either the Store or Fundraising. Click the red Set Up Merchant Account button and complete the application. If you do not see the red button, then you are already set to use BoosterSTUB and BoosterBucks.
