File Manager

  • To create a new Page with a dropdown menu:

    • Go to Webmaster.
    • Scroll down to last page displayed and click Add New Page (not the blue Add News button).
    • Select the type of page and the preferred navigation.
    • For the option to add a sub menu, choose Add new nav menu and make page a sub.

If you have already created the Page, you can select the small Edit this page title pencil underneath the Page name on the display of Pages in Webmaster.

  • In the File Manager most file types are supported, including jpg, png, pdf, doc, and xls files.

    • In the app, on your Dashboard go to Files, then click the + button at the bottom and select Upload File.
    • In the web version of BoosterHub, Navigate to File Manager > Upload File, then select a file.
    • To move the file, or do any of various other functions, select little box to the left of the file. Six icons will show at the top with various action choices. You can then select Move to relocate the files.
  • Go to the settings of your personal phone. Inside the settings menu, scroll through the list of apps to BoosterHub, and give permissions for BoosterHub to use a photo. If you're trying to open the camera or select from the gallery, click open settings which should take you to settings of the app. There should be a gallery and camera permissions there, which you can set to allow.

  • Navigate to Settings > BoosterHub Settings > View Receipts (one of the blue buttons about halfway down the page). If the receipt is not on that screen, please let us know and one of our team members can assist. Note it can take 1-2 business days after the transaction posts in your bank account for the receipt to show here.

  • To set permissions for access to File Manager, the person must first be added as an Admin.

    • Navigate to Settings > Admin Settings.
    • Click on the Add Admin icon toward the upper right.
    • Search for their name and add them.
    • Under Admin Settings again, to the right of their name click the Edit icon.
    • Under the Manage Files section, select Full from the dropdown menu.

Each file in File Manager can also be set to Admin Only or Admin & Member for additional layers of security.

  • Navigate to File Manager > Recently Added.

  • Only Admins can add a new Folder in File Manager. Ask one of your club Admins to make you an Admin and adjust your permission to allow making changes to File Manager. They can do so in Settings > Admin Settings, selecting the Add Admin icon, then searching for your name and setting your Manage Files permission to Full.

Then, go to File Manager and click the New Folder button.

    • Click the little check box to the left of each file.
    • Six option icons will then appear at the top of the file list: Edit, Move, Download Files, Duplicate Files, Delete Files, Change Files Visibility.
    • You can select multiple files at a time to delete.

  • There is not an official way to use electronic signature. However, some of our clubs create a Custom Field and set to required. In the field you can ask the user to type the name to agree, or type “Yes, I agree,” or “No, I do not agree.”

  • Currently the video uploading is only available on the web version of BoosterHub on your computer, not from your mobile app.

  • PDF files must be downloaded to be viewed. This is because they are often more than one page.
