There are two ways to access BoosterHub. The vast majority of users will access BoosterHub on their smartphones for most or all of their interactions with the platform. The app can be downloaded via the Apple or Google Play stores.
Members can also login via the web address app.boosterhub.com. Admins will do most of their booster work on their computers via app.boosterhub.com.
Most users do not create a USIO account login, as all the information can be found in BoosterHub. However, if you would like a USIO login, Contact Us and we can provide it. The account will be created in 1-2 business days.
The Pending Tag should be removed once a user has clicked the link in the activation email they received from team@boosterhub.com. If the Tag persists, please Contact Us through the Help Center.
If you are having trouble logging in, click "Forgot Password" and the system will send a link to your activated email. If you don't receive the email, check your Spam Folder.
